The team at Camp RISE sees the highest self in every child and family we serve. Centered around social-emotional wellness, we strive to go beyond the status quo to be the bridge to success. From the moment our team encounters the youth we serve, they are infused with a sense of value. We believe that in order to want better and build better for yourself, you have to begin with the idea that you deserve better for yourself. Our teams work to provide opportunities for adolescents to recognize the value in themselves and honor the value in others.

We believe life is not summarized by the times you fall down, but what you learn each time you rise. Each time we get back up and gather ourselves after life gets us down, we walk into the new situations we face with more tools in our tool belt. Therefore, falling is not an act of failure, but rather of growth. An opportunity to stand again, stronger.

Our Story
WHO WE SERVE
With a board comprised of members from various sectors, including Education and Mental Health, a lingering need for transitional services for adolescents was identified. To meet this need, we serve transitional age youth who are preparing to enter young adulthood. While we offer various programs tailored specifically for adolescents in foster care that are aging out or have already aged out, our doors are open to any youth that qualify for our services under the Eligibility guidelines.
